Support
Scrolly is published by 312.dev LLC.
Scrolly is a private, invite-only app where a small group of friends share scrollies: the clips and videos worth showing each other. If something is wrong, broken, or unpleasant, write to us. A person reads it.
We answer every message, usually within a day or two and always within three business days.
Reporting a scrollie or a comment
Everything posted in Scrolly can be reported. A report goes to the host of your group, who can see what it names, delete it, and remove the member who posted it. You pick a reason (harassment, sexual content, violence, hate, spam, or something else) and can add a note.
Groups are private and rarely bigger than a dozen people, so the person who invited you is also the person who moderates. That is on purpose. The host knows everyone involved, can act in minutes, and nothing sits waiting in a queue somewhere.
If the host is the problem, or the host is not acting, email us. We can remove content and accounts ourselves, and we will.
Blocking someone
You can block any member of your group. A block works in both directions immediately: their scrollies, comments and reactions disappear from your app, yours disappear from theirs, and neither of you gets notifications about the other. The person you blocked is not told. Nobody is removed from the group by a block, and you can undo it at any time.
Other things people write in about
- Deleting your account, which has its own page.
- Being unable to sign in, or losing access to the email address you signed up with.
- A copyright or legal complaint about something posted in a group.
- A question about what we store, which the privacy policy should answer first.
